Newton’s Law: MOTION
“FOR EVERY ACTION THERE IS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION.”
- Every human action causes a reaction of the other human (response to that action);
- The force is equal, in the opposite direction;
- Productive forces influence our activity (focus, positivity, motivation), and unproductive forces (stress, lack of sleep, to many tasks at the same time):
Fa = productive forces
Fb = unproductive forces
Fc = “power through it”
- If we want to be effective and productive, we have two chances:
- We add more productive forces “Fa” or “power through it”: we drink another coffee, and we work harder (that’s why people take stimulants and intoxicants). For a short period of time it works but then we burn out.
- We eliminate opposing forces: we simplify our life, we learn to say “NO”, we change the environment, we reduce the number of responsibilities, we reduce all forces that hold us back:
From psychological point of view, we have to eliminate thoughts of fear, worry, anxiesty, jealousy, hatred, and every other destructive thought which tends to tear down and destroy our nerves and glands.
- This way we move forward automatically when we eliminate what holds us back.
- Examples of ACTION-REACTION: pain – empathy, insults – shame, achievements – jealousy, anger – fear, kindness – gratitude, isolation – longing
Excerpt From Siddhartha Hermann Hesse
“the world as a perfect chain, a chain which is never and nowhere broken, an eternal chain the links of which are causes and effects.”
Conclusion
Use these three laws in your real life and their effects will surprise you. Or pass it by and live on the old way, still, they work 24/7.
Note: The text is a consequence of many years of gathering material and testing it in the real life.
